On the city block bounded by J and K Streets and Tenth and Eleventh Avenues, you will find ICON, a 327-condominium building with a terraced design ranging from 5 to 24 stories tall. ICON features many distinctive characteristics including a skybox viewing terrace overlooking PETCO Park, an in-house home theater, a fitness center, business lounge, and inner courtyard featuring a 60-foot tall sculpture created by distinguished artist Ned Kahn. ICON offers residents 442 parking spaces. Within ICON’s ground floor sits 16,000 square feet of retail space.

ICON offers many different floor plans. In addition to the two-story live/work studios, there are one, two and three bedroom condos, flats and lofts. Some of the interior features include 9-foot ceiling heights in flats and town homes, and dramatic 14 to 16.5-foot elevations in lofts and live/work spaces. Most residences offer a covered terrace, exposed concrete columns and structural elements, and interior laundry hook-ups. Porcelain or engineered marble bath flooring, double vanities and granite slab accent the bathrooms of most ICON homes. Homeowner’s fees range from the $400′s and $500′s.
