San Diego County Wildfires Update

Some 250,000 San Diego County Residents are being evacuated as a result of the Southern California Wildfires.  The Fire Environment Triangle describes the relationship between the factors involved in wildfire behavior.  The balance or imbalance of the factors of weather, terrain and fuels dictate the fire hazard for any area.  As a result Southern California has been declared a disaster area. San Diego Downtown is part of the danger area.  These fires are hampered by the strong desert winds - Santa Ana winds.
